FACE:

Foundation:

Personally I would not recommend you to compromise on foundation, this part has its own repercussions and you don’t want to see them trust me! But there are a few good brands like Femina & Kiss Beauty that offer good quality products at affordable price,

Femina Paint Stick F1 – It is a good choice for dry skin tones. Gives full coverage but needs to be set with a good face powder.

Price: Rs. 475/-

Kiss Beauty Foundation Stick – This foundation stick can be used daily, it comes with a wide range of shades.

Price: Rs.500/-

Concealer:

MUA Hide & Conceal Stick* – It comes in a twist-up (lipstick-like) packaging and the upgraded formula is said to have better performance. However, the under eye area needs to be moisturized, because – like all stick formulas – this can crack and crease if not blended properly.

Price: Rs. 220/-

Blush:

Makeup Revolution Blush [NEW] – We recently got around trying Makeup Revolution Powder Blush and they were awesome! You get to have pigmented & long-wearing powder blushes in basic shades at extremely affordable price. They’re a must-have product for y’all!

Price: Rs. 225/

Face Powder/Contouring:

MUA Pressed Powder – Although it’s a pressed powder for buffing or setting your foundation, the darker shades double for light daily contouring. It needs reapplication to retouch the pigmentation after 5-6 hours, but that’s okay for something that costs around PKR 200. It’s compact plastic casing, so you can easy carry it in your makeup bag. It blends like a dream and you can’t possibly go wrong with this in the budget.

Price: Rs. 200/-

LIPS

Lip Gloss:

MUA Sheer Lip Gloss Tube – All shades of this have little tint that doesn’t show on pigmented Asian lips. I’ve found these to last for 2-3 hours on liners without slipping. They don’t have expensive non-tacky feel to it, but they do give you the bang for your bucks.

Rivaj Clear Lip Gloss – It has dazzling 3D shine and effect for maximum 1 hour. After that, it would diminish somehow. Ideal to wear at indoor meet ups, but wearing it on a windy day with open hair is definitely not a good idea.

Miss Rose Lip Gloss – It has a nude shade which is insanely pigmented for a cheap lip gloss. The pigmentation isn’t opaque like a lipstick, but it does make a subtle nude effect on lips with heavy kajal eye look.

All Lip glosses range between Rs. 200-300/-

Here comes the long list of drug store gems, several brands with variety of shades lie in this category. Every Single lip stain looks good on lips and gives a finished look. I wouldn’t go deep in details but will share the prices and my favorite shades.

MUA – Shade 13 is my absolute favorite. Shade 1, 4, 7, 14 are really nice as well.

Medora – True Red, Real Red, Gold Opal, and Full Fuschia are very pigmented & gorgeous.

Rivaj UK – One of their reds is my staple. They’re semi-matte creamy and last for good 5-6 hours. I found this particular shade to be very moisturizing as well.
